Eighty-plus clubs, one person to see it all

Before Club Hub, rosters fell out of date, messages got missed, and no one could say for sure which clubs were actually meeting. All of it landed on one person: the activities director spent hours each week chasing rosters and trying to build a full picture that never quite came together.

Sign-ups lived in Microsoft Forms, with rosters in spreadsheets that fell out of date within weeks
Club leaders sent updates through Teams threads, with no easy way to confirm who saw them
Attendance was taken on paper, or not taken at all
Faculty moderators ran their clubs on their own, with no shared view for the activities office
To find a new club, you had to just know somebody
