## Features

- **Clubs:** A directory of every club at the school. Students join or request to join; leaders and faculty advisors run the club; administrators approve new clubs and see what is happening.
- **Athletics:** The same screens as clubs, with team wording: rosters, games, attendance, and school-safe chat for coaches and athletes.
- **Events and attendance:** Create meetings and games, take attendance by QR code, a door kiosk, or a roster tick, and see participation across the year. Check-in is open from 30 minutes before the start until two hours after the end, or whenever a manager opens it.
- **School-safe group chat:** Club and team conversations stay in a moderated school space. Coaches and advisors stay in the loop; personal phone numbers are not required.
- **Announcements:** Club leaders post to a chosen audience (members, leaders, a group, or parents where the school collects parent emails). Administrators can post school-wide. Recipients get email and, in the mobile app, a push.
- **Club creation and approval:** New clubs apply through a guided form (mission, meetings, advisor, school questions). Applications land in the admin dashboard for one-click approval when the school requires it.
- **Yearly renewals:** Each club re-applies once a year so rosters, advisors, and budgets stay current. Closing a round locks the forms; graduating a class closes those memberships.
- **Budgets:** Leaders log income and expenses. Advisors, deans, and the business office see running balances and a ledger per club, with budget requests built into renewals.
- **Phone-free kiosks:** Any laptop or tablet becomes a sign-up kiosk at a club fair or an attendance kiosk at the door, built for campuses that keep phones away.
- **Admin dashboard:** Counts, activity charts, and a clubs table. Settings control joining, attendance, chat, athletics, public pages, and the rest of the modules.
- **Tasks and files:** Club tasks with due dates and submissions, and a file library with folders, uploads, and role visibility.
- **Google Calendar:** Membership puts club events on a personal Google Calendar. Administrators can connect a school calendar. A queue writes to Google so a slow calendar never blocks a form.
- **Public club pages:** A school can publish a public directory of clubs for prospective families. Faculty advisors may appear; student names never do, and there are no public forms on those pages.
- **Involvement records:** Attendance, membership, and leadership history follow the student, which college counselors and admissions teams use as a verified record of involvement.
- **Mobile app:** The iOS and Android apps are the same Club Hub product as the website, with push notifications. Sign-in is Google, Microsoft, or an email link; there is no password.
